โดยโรงกำจัดขยะทั้งหมดของบริษัทฯ ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่แห่งเดียวกันที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก
ได้รับคัดเลือกให้เป็นหนึ่งในบริษัทกลุ่มหลักทรัพย์ ESG100 ที่มีการดำเนินงานโดดเด่นด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม
และธรรมาภิบาล (Environmental, Social and Governance : ESG) จากการประเมินหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียน ในปี
พ.ศ.2568 โดยสถาบันไทยพัฒน์
นายประชัย เลี่ยวไพรัตน์ ประธานกรรมการ บริษัท ทีพีไอ โพลีน เพาเวอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า
สถาบันไทยพัฒน์ประกาศให้ บริษัท ทีพีไอ โพลีน เพาเวอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (TPIPP) ติดอันดับ ESG100 ประจำปี
2568 ด้วยการคัดเลือกจาก 921 หลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียน ให้เป็นบริษัทที่มีการดำเนินงานโดดเด่นด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
สังคม และธรรมาภิบาล (ESG) ในกลุ่มทรัพยากร และบริษัทได้เข้าอยู่ในทำเนียบ ESG100 เป็นปีที่ 6
“บริษัทฯ มีความมุ่งมั่นสู่การเป็นผู้นำในอุตสาหกรรมพลังงานหมุนเวียน
โดยตอบสนองความต้องการพลังงานสะอาด ด้วยการเปลี่ยนเป็นโรงไฟฟ้าเชื้อเพลิงขยะ 100% ภายในปี 2568
บริษัทฯ จะมีกำลังการผลิตไฟฟ้าจากเชื้อเพลิงขยะและพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์รวม 534 เมกะวัตต์
โดยสิ้นไตรมาสแรกของปี 2568 บริษัทฯ สามารถนำขยะทุกประเภทรวมจำนวน 781,686 ตัน
มาใช้เป็นเชื้อเพลิงในโรงไฟฟ้าของบริษัทฯ
และขายขยะที่คัดแยกเพื่อใช้เป็นเชื้อเพลิงให้แก่โรงปูนซิเมนต์ของบริษัท ทีพีไอ โพลีน จำกัด (มหาชน)
บริษัทฯ
ได้ตระหนักถึงบทบาทสำคัญของภาคการผลิตไฟฟ้าในการร่วมแก้ไขปัญหาการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ
และจำกัดอุณหภูมิของโลกมิให้สูงเกิน 1.5 °C ตามความตกลงปารีส บริษัทฯ
จึงได้กำหนดให้การบริหารจัดการด้านภูมิอากาศ เป็นประเด็นความยั่งยืนที่เป็นสาระสำคัญขององค์กร
และได้ประกาศเป้าหมายระยะยาวในการบรรลุความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน ภายในปี 2580
ซึ่งเร็วกว่าเป้าหมายของประเทศไทย 13 ปี”
โดยการจัดระดับของสถาบันไทยพัฒน์ พิจารณาข้อมูลจากการดำเนินงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม
และธรรมาภิบาล (ESG) และผลประกอบการของบริษัทควบคู่ไปพร้อมกัน
สถาบันไทยพัฒน์ เป็นผู้ริเริ่มพัฒนาข้อมูลด้านความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจ
ได้เปิดเผยรายชื่อหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียนที่มีการดำเนินงานโดดเด่นด้าน ESG จำนวน 100 บริษัท
หรือที่เรียกว่ากลุ่มหลักทรัพย์ ESG100 เป็นครั้งแรกในปี 2558
และได้มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านความยั่งยืนของบริษัทจดทะเบียนและดำเนินการต่อเนื่องมาเป็นปีที่ 11 ในปีนี้
การจัดระดับหลักทรัพย์ด้านการพัฒนาความยั่งยืนโดยสถาบันไทยพัฒน์
เป็นการประเมินอย่างเป็นอิสระในฐานะหน่วยงานภายนอก โดยอ้างอิงจากข้อมูลที่บริษัทเปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะ
เทียบกับชุดตัวชี้วัดด้าน ESG
ตามเกณฑ์และหลักการภายใต้แนวทางการประเมินและมาตรฐานการรายงานด้านความยั่งยืนซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับในร
ะดับสากล อาทิ WFE, GRI, IFRS, UN PRI

TPI Polene Power has been listed in the ESG100 securities list for the 6 th year
TPI Polene Power Public Company Limited (“TPIPP or the Company”), the biggest waste-to-energy
power plant operator and distributor and a waste disposal service provider with the biggest community
waste disposal plants in Thailand, has been selected as one of the ESG100 companies with outstanding
performance in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects from the assessment of listed
securities in 2025 by Thaipat Institute.
Mr. Prachai Leophairatana, Chairman of TPIPP revealed that Thaipat Institute announced TPIPP’s
ranking in ESG100 securities list for the year 2025 by selecting from 921 listed Securities as a company
for ESG Values with outstanding performance in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects in
Resources Sector. The Company has been listed in the ESG100 Securities Sector for the 6 years of
Recognition for Outstanding Sustainability.
“The Company is committed to becoming a leader in the renewable energy industry by addressing the
growing demand for clean energy and through a full transition to 100% waste-to-energy power plants
within the year 2025, which the Company will have a total electricity generation capacity of 534
megawatts from waste-derived fuel and solar power. As of the end of the first quarter of 2025, the
Company successfully utilized a total of 781,686 tons of various types of waste as fuel for its power plants
and sold the sorted waste to TPI Polene Public Company Limited to be used as fuel in its cement
production.
The Company realizes the critical role of the power generation sector in addressing climate change and
limiting global temperature rise not to be more than 1.5°C, to be in line with the Paris Agreement. As a
result, the Company has identified climate management as a material sustainability issue of the Company and
has set a long-term target to achieve carbon neutrality by 2037, which is 13 years ahead of Thailand’s national

Thaipat Institute considers the rankings of Securities by taking into consideration of data from ESG
operations together with the listed company's operational results.”

time in the year 2015, and the sustainability data of listed companies has been collected and continued for
